Breeding Rules
I don't have a lot of rules but I ask that you do follow them.
Mares must be at least 5 years old before having a foal (meaning they would be bred as a 4 year old). I don't believe in breeding real mares before they're 4 so I stick with that in the model aspect as well. The only exception to this would be mares that I get that are already pedigreed and have had foals before 5 years of age.
Mares are only allowed to have one (1) foal per year.
Stallions must be at least 3 years old before allowed to breed.
Please keep color genetics in mind when breeding (two sorrels/chestnuts will NEVER produce a bay). If you would like help please let me know and I'd be happy to assist you. Also, if breeding a Paint or Appaloosa, have at least one parent with the same pattern as the foal.
Limit your requests to five (5) at a time. If more than five at a time are sent the first five will be filled and the rest will be ignored. Also, wait until I fill the first requests and send them to you before sending more requests.
When submitting a request please include the following information for each foal:
Sire's name
Dam's name
Foal's name, age, color, and markings/pattern
Model of foal and if it's an OF or custom
Owner of the sire/dam if they're not both from M-n-M Acres
Please also include at least a 3 generation pedigree for the sire/dam if not from M-n-M Acres
Your name, stable name (if you have one), and a valid e-mail address to receive the pedigree
I try to send a complete five (5) to six (6) generation pedigree. Sometimes I don't get a full pedigree though. I will also note if each horse is real (r) or model (m) along with their age and color if known. I don't show so I generally don't include any information about that.
If you agree with everything above, please send your requests to me at [email protected] In the subject please put something like 'Breeding Request' so if it accidently goes to my spam folder I know it's not spam.
